Sarah has undertaken a number of partnership reviews on behalf of the safeguarding board. Sarah adopts a collaborative and relational approach, engaging well with children, families and staff across agencies. She is very thorough and identifies strengths as well as opportunities for learning across the partnership. Most importantly the child is at the centre of everything Sarah does - the child's voice and lived experience comes to life in the review, rightly driving learning and recommendations.
