Sarah undertakes a variety of system and practice reviews (CSPR's / Rapid Reviews) for Children's Safeguarding Partnerships. She offers a collaborative approach focusing upon key learning and building upon existing strengths. Training
Sarah offers evidence informed and engaging training sessions to a wide range of multi-agency professionals, with the aim of supporting participants to use learning in their every day practice. She designs and delivers tailored and bespoke training on a wide range of social care areas, meeting all levels of need from foundation to advanced skill. Sarah is flexible in her approach and can deliver sessions based on organisational need, including evenings and weekends. Sarah is a well established lead facilitator and trainer to various statutory and voluntary organisations in the South West and Midlands.
Supervision & Consultancy
Sarah has a particular interest in building emotional resilience and exploring staff well-being and their development. Sarah provides 1-1 and group sessions which support colleagues to reflect on their practice, to consider solutions and ways of future working together with families or in organisational structures and teams.
